The municipalities involved in the route are Carpegna, Peglio, Montecalvo In Foglia, Tavoleto, San Clemente, Misano Adriatico, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Roncofreddo, Longiano, Gatteo, Cesenatico, Bertinoro, Forlì, Faenza, Casola Valsenio, Brisighella, Modigliana, Santa Sofia, Bagno di Romagna, Sarsina, Pennabilli, Maiolo, Poggio Torriana and Verucchio. The route ends in the city of San Marino.
