The first towns along the route are Coriano, Santarcangelo di Romagna, Cervia, Ravenna, Fusignano, Faenza, Predappio, Rocca San Casciano and Sarsina. The itinerary continues to Mercato Saraceno, San Leo, Urbania, Fratte Rosa, Montefiore Conca, and ends again in the city of San Marino.
