Village that has maintained intact its medieval appearance. It preserves the circuit wall with bastion, moat, access door and the urban structure of long shape.

It was built before the year one thousand by monks, who came from Sant'Apollinare in Classe, on the remains of the temple of Adonis with material from the city of Suasa.
