Not far from Forlì is the town of Galeata, a small village rich in history. A town where it is pleasant to walk among the stores of the ancient village and the Tuscan architecture to discover delicious dishes based on "stridolo".
The visible structures, excavated in the '60s, are some parts of the baths, the theater with a Greek Hellenistic inspired plan and a small tank - cistern for the collection of water. The materials found during the archaeological research in the site, are exposed in the room dedicated to Mevaniola inside the civic museum of Pianetto.
Along the historical-archaeological route, the visitor will find four stops - marked by panels with architectural elements in sandstone, the result of the wise work of our local stonemasons - with the description of four sections of the Park.
